Part of the construction of floating production storage and offloading(FPSO)needs to finish in the dock.As the construction work of various specialties in the dock is complex and concentrated,it is particularly im-portant to formulate relevant production plans and implement the construction schemes to complete the high-precision and high-intensity FPSO engineering work within the specified docking period.Through the analysis of the construction dfficulties of SLWR pipe and lower suction installation and pressure test and the implementation of rel-evant operation plans during the implementation of an FPSO project in the dock,this paper discussed the construc-tion of the same type of project in the dock and put forward targeted suggestions on the key points of the specific con-struction.
