视神经脊髓炎谱系病实验动物模型研究进展

摘要 视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(NMOSD)是一种累及视神经、脊髓、脑后极区,以体液免疫为主、细胞免疫为辅的神经免疫性疾病。虽然目前模仿NMOSD发病机制已出现多种被动免疫型、少量主动免疫型动物模型,但目前尚无统一的、临床高模仿性的NMOSD的实验动物模型制备方法。本文结合近年来关于NMOSD研究的文献,就NMOSD的实验动物模型研究进展进行综述。 Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disease(NMOSD)is a neurological disease involving the optic nerve,spinal cord and posterior polar region.It is an immune disease dominated by humoral immunity and supplemented by cellular immunity.However,although there are many passive immune animal models and a small number of active immune animal models imitating the pathogenesis of NMOSD,there is no unified and highly imitative experimental animal model of NMOSD.Combined with the literature on NMOSD in recent years,this paper reviews the research progress of experimental animal models of NMOSD.
