摘要
番茄抗根结线虫病的R基因是Mi基因家族,目前已鉴定了10个成员(Mi-1~Mi-9,Mi-HT),目前市场上番茄商品种主要依赖的是该家族中Mi-1基因的抗性,可利用抗源较为单一。本文基于番茄Mi基因家族成员的挖掘及抗病机制研究进展进行介绍,并对番茄防卫根结线虫入侵进程中的抗病信号途径进行分析总结,展现其在番茄抗根结线虫病育种中的应用价值和前景,为育种人从信号调控方面进行番茄抗根结线虫病改良提供理论参考。
The R gene of tomato against root-knot nematode disease is the Mi gene family,and 10 members(Mi-1 to Mi-9,Mi-HT)have been identified.Currently,the main market commodity species of tomato rely on the resistance of Mi-1 gene,and the available resistance sources are relatively single.In this paper,based on the research progress of tomato Mi gene members and disease resistance mechanism,the signaling pathway of tomato defense against root-knot nematode invasion was analyzed and summarized.The application value and prospects of these regulatory signals in tomato breeding for resistance to root-knot nematodes were demonstrated,which provide theoretical reference for breeders to improve the ability of resistance to the root-knot nematodes disease from the aspect of signal regulation.
