维生素D辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效果

摘要 目的:探讨维生素D辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2022年9月—2024年2月深圳市前海蛇口自贸区医院儿科收治的70例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿分为对照组(n=35,常规治疗)与观察组(n=35,常规治疗和维生素D辅助治疗)。比较两组25(OH)D3水平、临床疗效、肺功能和恢复时间。结果:两组治疗后25(OH)D3水平高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.001);与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P=0.005);两组治疗后用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量、呼气峰值流速水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组咳嗽时间、体温恢复时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间更短(P<0.05)。结论:维生素D辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎能够提高临床疗效、改善肺功能及其临床表现。 Objective:To investigate the effect of vitamin D in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods:A total of seventy children with mycoplasma pneumoniae admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone Hospital from September 2022 to February 2024 were divided into control group(n=35,received conventional treatment)and observation group(n=35,received conventional treatment and vitamin D adjuvant treatment)by random number table method.25(OH)D3 levels,clinical efficacy,lung function and recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the level of 25(OH)D3 in both groups was higher than before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001);compared with the control group,the overall response rate of the observation group was higher(P=0.005);forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume of the first second,forced expiratory volume of the first second/forced vital capacity and peak expiratory flow rate of the two groups increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the cough time,temperature recovery time,lung rales disappearance time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin D adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can improve clinical efficacy,lung function and clinical manifestations.
