防己茯苓汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的效果

Effectiveness of Fangji Fuling Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的:探讨防己茯苓汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:按照随机数表法将2023年1—12月在苏州市吴江区中医医院接受治疗的60例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用防己茯苓汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、心功能、炎性因子、T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率较高(P=0.038);与治疗前相比,两组治疗后左室射血分数升高,左心室舒张末期内径降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平升高,CD8^(+)水平降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:防己茯苓汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的效果较好,能够提高心功能、免疫功能,降低炎性因子水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Fangji Fuling decoction in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Methods:According to the random number table method,60 patients with chronic congestive heart failure who received treatment in the Suzhou Wujiang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received treatment based on the formula of Fangji Fuling decoction.The two groups were compared in terms of treatment effect,cardiac function,inflammatory factors,and T lymphocyte subsets.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P=0.038);compared with before treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction levels of both groups increased and the left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter levels decreased after treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere lower in the two groups after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)increased and CD8^(+)decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fangji Fuling decoction has better effect in treating chronic congestive heart failure,which can improve cardiac function,immune function,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
