摘要
目的:分析三拗片联合特布他林治疗成年咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年3月于无锡市第八人民医院进行治疗的65例成年CVA患者,随机分为参照组(n=33,特布他林雾化吸入治疗)和联合组(n=32,在参照组基础上联合三拗片治疗)。对比两组临床疗效、血清嗜酸性粒细胞水平、肺功能指标、咳嗽改善情况、中医证候评分。结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.035);治疗后,两组血清嗜酸性粒细胞水平及咳嗽、咽痒、鼻痒及胸闷评分均降低,且联合组低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,参照组、联合组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积及呼气流量峰值高于治疗前,且联合组高于参照组(P<0.05);联合组咳嗽好转时间、咳嗽消失时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:三拗片联合特布他林治疗成年CVA的效果显著,可有效缓解咳嗽症状,促进肺功能恢复,改善血清嗜酸性粒细胞水平及临床证候。
Objective:To analyze the effect of San'ao tablet and terbutaline in the treatment of adult cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods:Sixty-five adult CVA patients treated in Wuxi Eighth People's Hospital from December 2022 to March 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into the reference group(n=33,treated with terbutaline aerosol inhalation)and the combination group(n=32,San'ao tablet on the basis of the reference group).The clinical efficacy,serum eosinophil level,pulmonary function index,cough improvement and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the reference group,the total effective rate of treatment of the combination group was higher(P=0.035);after treatment,serum eosinophils levels and scores of cough,throat itch,nose itch and chest tightness in 2 groups were decreased,and the combination group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05);after treatment,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second and peak expiratory flow were increased in both groups,and the combination group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05);the time of cough improvement and cough disappearance in combination group was shorter than that in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:San'ao tablet combined with terbutaline can effectively relieve the symptoms of cough,promote the recovery of lung function,and improve the level of serum eosinophils and clinical symptoms of adult CVA.
