基于量化评估策略护理在膝关节骨关节炎手术患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Nursing Based on Quantitative Assessment Strategy in Knee Osteoarthritis Surgery Patients

目的:探究基于量化评估策略护理在膝关节骨关节炎手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年5月于滨州医学院附属医院进行手术治疗的80例膝关节骨关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组与量化组,各40例。常规组采取常规护理措施,量化组采取基于量化评估策略护理。比较两组膝关节功能评分、生活质量评分、心理状态评分以及并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,两组膝关节疼痛、膝关节功能、膝关节僵硬评分升高,量化组高于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,两组生理功能、躯体功能、情感功能、精神健康评分升高,量化组比常规组高(P<0.05);护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,量化组低于常规组(P<0.05);量化组并发症发生率低于常规组(P=0.023)。结论:基于量化评估策略护理能够有效地改善患者的膝关节功能,提高生活质量,改善患者的心理状态,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the application of the effect of nursing based on quantitative assessment strategy in patients undergoing knee osteoarthritis surgery.Methods:Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent surgical treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the conventional group and the quantitative group,each with forty cases.The conventional group adopted conventional nursing measures,and the quantitative group adopted nursing based on quantitative assessment strategy.The two groups were compared in terms of knee function score,quality of life score,psychological state score and the occurrence of complications.Results:After nursing,knee pain,knee function,and knee stiffness scores were elevated in both groups,and the quantitative group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05);after nursing,physical function,somatic function,emotional function,and mental health scores were elevated in both groups,and the quantitative group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05);after nursing,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale scores of the two groups decreased,and the quantitative group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the quantitative group was lower than that of the conventional group(P=0.023).Conclusion:Nursing care based on quantitative assessment strategy can effectively improve patients'knee joint function,improve quality of life,improve patients'psychological state,and reduce the incidence of complications.
