精细化护理在恶性肿瘤合并上腔静脉综合征大隐静脉置入中长导管患者静脉管理中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Refined Nursing Care in Venous Management of Patients with Saphenous Vein Placement of Medium-length Catheters for Malignant Tumors Combined with Superior Vena Cava Syndrome

目的:探讨精细化护理在恶性肿瘤合并上腔静脉综合征(SVCS)大隐静脉置入中长导管患者静脉管理中的临床效果。方法:选取盐城市第一人民医院2021年4月—2024年4月60例恶性肿瘤合并SVCS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。患者均应用大隐静脉置入中长导管,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取精细化护理。比较两组置管有效率、护理效果评分。结果:观察组置管总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。观察组配合治疗评分、服务质量满意度测评、舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:精细化护理可以提高对恶性肿瘤合并SVCS大隐静脉置入中长导管患者的置管效果以及满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of refined nursing in the venous management of patients with saphenous vein placement of medium-length catheters for malignant tumors combined with superior vena cava syndrome(SVCS).Methods:Sixty patients with malignant tumors combined with SVCS in Yancheng First People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of thirty cases each by using the random number table method.The patients were applied with saphenous vein placement of medium-length catheter,and the control group adopted conventional nursing care and the observation group adopted refined nursing care.Compare the two groups'effective rate of catheterization and nursing effect score.Results:The total effective rate of catheterization in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007);the scores of the observation group for cooperation with the treatment,service quality satisfaction measurement,and comfort were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Refined nursing care can improve the effect of catheter placement as well as satisfaction in patients with malignant tumors combined with SVCS saphenous vein placement of medium-length catheters.
