糖尿病护理家园在流动人口2型糖尿病患者社区护理干预中的效果

Effectiveness of Diabetes Care Home in Community Nursing Intervention for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients in a Mobile Population

目的:研究糖尿病护理家园在流动人口2型糖尿病患者社区护理干预中的效果。方法:选取盐城师范学院卫生所2020年10月—2022年10月2型糖尿病患者62例,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组31例。对照组应用常规护理干预,研究组应用糖尿病护理家园社区护理。对比两组血糖指标、糖尿病健康知识评分、焦虑与抑郁情况、生活质量评分。结果:护理后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组糖尿病健康知识评分升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组生活质量评分升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病护理家园在流动人口2型糖尿病患者社区护理干预中的效果较好,能够降低血糖水平,提高认知水平,缓解焦虑与抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective:To study the effect of diabetes care home in the community nursing intervention of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients of mobile population.Methods:Sixty-two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected from Yancheng Normal College Health Institute from October 2020 to October 2022,and were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with thirty-one cases in each group.The control group applied conventional nursing intervention,and the study group applied diabetes care home community care.The two groups were compared in terms of glycemic indexes,liabetes health knowledge score,anxiety and depression,and quality of life scores.Results:After nursing,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin levels were reduced in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of diabetes health knowledge were elevated in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,quality of life scores increased in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diabetes care homes are more effective in community nursing intervention for type 2 diabetes patients in the mobile population,which can reduce blood glucose levels,improve cognitive levels,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve quality of life.
