摘要
牛呼吸道综合征(Bovine respiratory diseases complex,BRDC)是严重影响牛养殖业的一种重要疾病。为研究“肺咳宁”结合氨苄西林钠治疗BRDC的效果,本研究分别采用微量倍比稀释法和琼脂倍比稀释法,测定“肺咳宁”对多杀性巴氏杆菌临床分离株的最小抑菌浓度(Minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(Minimum bactericidal concentration,MBC);从14头新发BRDC的犊牛中随机选取10头作为试验组,使用“肺咳宁”结合氨苄西林钠治疗,剩余4头作为对照组使用氨苄西林钠治疗,治疗周期均为5 d。记录用药开始后7 d病牛的体温变化以及用药前后的临床症状评分和肺部听诊音,采用荧光定量PCR法鉴定治疗前后鼻黏液中的病原微生物种类,进行治疗效果评价。结果表明,“肺咳宁”对牛源多杀性巴氏杆菌有抑制作用,对XN222菌株的MIC和MBC均为0.977 mg/mL;“肺咳宁”联合氨苄西林钠治疗多杀性巴氏杆菌所致BRDC的效果显著优于单独使用氨苄西林钠治疗。
Bovine respiratory diseases complex(BRDC)is an important disease that seriously affects cattle breeding industry.In order to study the effect of"FKN"combined with ampicillin sodium on BRDC,in this study,the microratio dilution and agar ratio dilution method were used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of"FKN"against the Pasteurella multocida isolated for clinical.10 of 14 BRDC calves were randomly selected as the trial group,treatment by"FKN"combined with ampicillin sodium,the remaining 4 calves as controls were treated with ampicillin sodium,the treatment cycles were all performed at 5 days.The change of body temperature for 7 days after the medication,the clinical symptom score and pulmonary auscultation sounds before and after the medication were recorded.The pathogenic microbial species in the nasal mucus before and after the treatment were identified by fluorescence q˗PCR,and the treatment effect was evaluated according to compare the treatment effect of the two groups.The results showed that"FKN"had an inhibitory effect on Pasteurella multocida from bovine,and the MIC and MBC all were 0.977 mg/mL for the XN222 strain;"FKN"combined with ampicillin sodium was significantly more effective in treating BRDC caused by Pasteurella multocida than using ampicillin sodium alone.
