不同培育技术对新圭山奶山羊羔羊生长发育的影响

摘要 为了研究不同培育技术对新圭山奶山羊羔羊生长发育的影响,试验以出生日期相近、体况良好的75只新圭山奶山羊羔羊为研究对象,随机平均分为3组(每组25只羔羊),分别采用人工哺乳奶瓶法(试验组Ⅰ,人工饲喂代乳粉)、人工哺乳机器法(试验组Ⅱ,自动喂奶机饲喂代乳粉)和随母哺乳法(对照组)培育羔羊,试验期70 d,记录羔羊的生长发育指标。结果显示,3组羔羊10日龄的体重和日增重均差异不显著(P>0.05),其他阶段均为试验Ⅱ组表现最好,其末重达14.79 kg,30日龄日增重达220.40 g,全期日增重达164.91 g,极显著高于试验Ⅰ组和对照组(P<0.01)。3种培育技术对体长、体高和胸围也有一定的影响,试验Ⅱ组极显著高于试验Ⅰ组和对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组略高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上,不同培育技术对羔羊体重、体长、体高和胸围均有影响,人工饲喂代乳粉能保证羔羊的生长发育需求,人工哺乳机器法更有利于羔羊的生长发育。 In order to study the effects of different cultivation techniques on the growth and development of Xinguishan dairy goat lambs,a total of 75 lambs with similar birth dates and physical conditions were selected and randomly divided into test groupⅠ,test groupⅡand control group,three groups were taken to artificial suckling method(using artificial feeding of milk replacer powder),artificial suckling machine method(using an automatic machine to feed milk replacer powder)and natural breastfeeding method respectively.The experiment lasted for 70 days,the growth and development indexes of lambs were recorded.The results showed that body weight and daily gain of lambs at 10 days were not significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).The groupⅡshowed the best performance at other stages,with the final weight of 14.79 kg,the daily gain of 220.40 g at 30 days of age,and the daily gain of 164.91 g in the whole period,which were significantly higher than those of groupⅠand control group(P<0.01).The three cultivation techniques also had a certain impact on the body size index,groupⅡwas significantly higher than groupⅠand control group(P<0.01),and groupⅠwas slightly higher than control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In summary,the different cultivation techniques had effects on the weight and body size of lambs.Artificial suckling of milk replacer could ensure the growth and development needs of lambs,and artificial suckling machine method was more beneficial to the growth and development of lambs.
