Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of upper limb rehabilitation robot task-oriented training on patients with shoulder dysfunction. Methods:A total of 58patients with shoulder joint dysfunction were selected, and 55patients were finally included due to 1case falling off in the observation group and 2cases falling off in the control group. They were divided into 28cases in the observation group and 27cases in the control group according to the random number method, and both groups received the combined treatment of physical factors and joint loosening, with the control group increasing muscle strength training, and the observation group increasing the task-oriented training of the upper limb rehabilitation robot. The Constant-Murley Shoulder Function Scale(CMS)was used to compare the efficacy of the two groups before and after 4weeks of treatment. Results:After 4weeks of treatment, the total CMS score, pain, functional activity, joint range of motion, and muscle strength scores of the 2 groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.01);the total CMS score, pain, joint range of motion, and muscle strength scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the functional activity scores between the 2groups.Conclusion:Task-oriented training with an upper extremity rehabilitation robot can effectively reduce patients’shoulder joint pain and improve their upper extremity motor function and rehabilitation effects.
