摘要
住院医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的重要阶段。神经系统疾病病情复杂,临床实践要求高,非神经病学专业住院医师层次不一,培训要求各异,如何充分利用在神经内科轮转培训的相对有限时间内达到理想的培训目标,尚有待探索。本文以上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院神经内科基地的教学实践为例,以期为有效提升非神经病学专业住院医师在神经内科轮转培训的教学效果提供有益的借鉴和参考。
Standardized residency training is an essential stage of medical education after graduation.The neurological diseases are complex and clinical practice requirement is high for non⁃neurologic professional residents who have different levels and various training requirements.How to achieve the ideal rotation training goal in neurology department remains to be explored so far.Taking the teaching practice of the department of neurology in Renji Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as an example,the current manuscript provides a useful reference for effectively improving the teaching effect of rotation training of non-neurology residents in the department of neurology.
