连续梁托架受力性能及其施工关键技术研究

摘要 为探究连续梁桥托架的应力和位移分布情况,保证托架施工的质量和安全,进一步保证连续梁桥的施工质量,采用有限元分析法建立托架的有限元模型并分析其受力性能,结合依托工程研究了托架的施工技术,研究结果表明:托架系统及上端预埋件的刚度和强度均满足要求;托架系统最大位移出现在纵向工字钢最外端;上端预埋件的最大应力出现在支撑板根部位置,最大位移出现在支撑板端部. In order to explore the stress and displacement distribution of the continuous girder bridge bracket,ensure the quality and safety of the bracket construction,and further ensure the construction quality of the continuous girder bridge,the finite element model of the bracket is established by finite element analysis method and its force performance is analyzed,and the construction technology of the bracket is studied in combination with the supporting engineering,and the research results show that the stiffness and strength of the bracket system and the upper embedded parts meet the requirements.The maximum displacement of the bracket system occurs at the outermost end of the longitudinal I-beam,the maximum stress of the upper embedded part occurs at the root of the support plate,and the maximum displacement occurs at the end of the support plate.
