体育锻炼对不同性别大学生抑郁的干预研究

摘要 为了考察体育锻炼对大学生抑郁的干预作用,采用体育活动等级量表(PARS-3)、情绪调节策略量表和HPQ-9抑郁量表对1 516名大学生进行了调查.研究发现,体育锻炼与大学生抑郁呈显著负相关;认知重评在体育锻炼与大学生抑郁之间起完全中介作用;性别在体育锻炼-认知重评-抑郁这一中介模型中调节了前半段路径.研究结果表明,体育锻炼能够通过认知重评的中介作用,改善大学生抑郁的程度,不同性别的大学生进行体育锻炼,对认知重评的预测也不同. In order to investigate the relationship between physical exercise and depression,1516 college students were investigated by using physical activity rating scale-3(Pars-3),emotion regulation strategy scale and HPQ-9 depression scale.The results showed that:(1)there was a significant negative correlation between physical exercise and depression;(2)cognitive reappraisal completely mediated the relationship between physical exercise and depression;(3)gender regulates the first half of the pathway in the mediator model of physical exercise-cognitive reappraisal-depression.The results suggest that physical exercise can improve the degree of depression of college students through the mediating role of cognitive reappraisal,and the prediction of cognitive reappraisal of college students with different genders is also different.
