摘要
通过对2003—2023年中国知网的文献资料进行整理和分析发现,国内关于高校青年教师职业发展研究的成果在数量和质量上有了较大的提高。总体来看,研究对象以青年教师整体研究居多,研究方法以量化研究为主,研究视角以社会学、心理学和管理学为主,研究内容主要聚焦在职业发展的优势、困境及影响因素和对策方面。期望今后的相关研究可以从概念辨析、研究视角及国际经验借鉴等方面获得突破。
The analysis of CNKI documentations from 2003 to 2023 concluded that studies on the career development of young teachers have improved a lot in number and quality.In generally,the studies mainly focus on the young teacher groups and research methods concentrate on quantitative research.Research perspective is various,focusing on sociology,psychology and management.Scholars studies on the career development of young teachers in universities mainly center on the ad-vantages,dilemmas,influence factors and strategies.It is expected that future research can make breakthroughs from the aspects of concept discrimination,research perspective and international ex-perience.
