摘要
通过调整粘结剂种类及加入量研制了一种优异的主铁沟半干法喷涂料,将其在某铁厂3 200 m~3高炉进行工业应用实践。结果表明:研制的半干法喷涂料黏附性、物理性能及抗渣侵蚀性能均可满足现场要求,可以提高主铁沟通铁量,有效降低耐材单耗。
This article introduces an excellent semi-dry spray coating for main runners.The spray coating material is developed by adjusting the mix and dosage of binders.The technology was applied commercially in a 3200 m3 blast furnace.It is proven that the adhesion,physical properties,and slag erosion resistance of the developed semi-dry spray coating can meet the on-site requirements.It improves throughput of the main runners and effectively reduce the unit consumption of refractory materials.
