摘要
结合高炉铁沟运行状况,研究了主铁沟的损毁机理。通过优化铁沟结构、改进浇注料材质、强化热检和热态喷补维护以及减少高炉休风,通铁量提升了13.39%。
The wear mechanism of the main hot metal runner was studied based on the general operation conditions of the BF hot metal runner.By optimizing the runner structure,improving the castable materials,strengthening thermal inspection and hot spray and repair and reducing BF downtime,the amount of hot metal in the runner was increased by 13.39%.
