摘要
随着环保生产理念的深入推进,各行各业不断加强环保举措,电熔镁砂厂首当其冲进行设备改造,将生产过程中产生的除尘粉收集起来以防排入大气污染空气。大量除尘粉堆积是对不可再生资源的浪费,为了资源循环利用,决定以镁铬除尘粉为原料,经压球工艺加工后配比铬精粉采用熔融法合成电熔镁铬砂,并对成品进行XRF荧光化学分析、XRD衍射及SEM电镜分析。结果表明:以镁铬除尘粉为原料生产的电熔镁铬砂晶体发育完全,各相成分分布均匀,各项指标均高于行业标准。
With increasing awareness of the concept of environmentally friendly production,environmental protection measures are valued by all industries.The electrocast magnesium sand factory is among the first to embark on equipment renovations,collecting the dust generated during the production process to prevent air pollution.The desertion of a large amount of collected dust is a waste of non-renewable resources.In order to promote resource recycling,it has been decided to use collected magnesium-chromium dust as the raw material,and after being processed with a ball pressing process,the proportioned fine chrome powder is synthesized into electrocast magnesium-chromium sand using the melting method.Afterwards,the finished product is subjected to XRF fluorescence chemical analysis,XRD diffraction,and SEM electron microscopy analysis.The results show that the electrocast magnesium-chromium sand crystals produced from the collected magnesium-chromium dust are fully developed,with uniform distribution of phase components,and all indicators are higher than industry standards.
