摘要
为了进一步提高硅溶胶结合炉缸自流浇注料性能,以白刚玉、SiC、Al2O3微粉、硅微粉为主要原料,以硅溶胶为结合剂,制备了炉缸浇注料,研究了钛粉、铝粉、碳化铬对炉缸浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:通过引入碳化铬细粉、金属铝粉、钛粉原位生成碳化物陶瓷,极大的提高了炉缸浇注料的力学性能。
In order to further improve the performance of self-flow castables for silica sol bonded hearth,a kind of castable is prepared with white corundum,SiC,Al2O3 powder,and silica powder used as the main raw material,and silica sol used as the binder.And the influence of titanium powder,aluminum powder,and chromium carbide on the performance of the castable is studied.The results show that the introduction of chromium carbide powder,metal Al powder,and Ti powder to in-situ generate carbide ceramics greatly improves the mechanical properties of the castable for hearth.
