摘要
为优化城市就业中心的职住关系、改善居民通勤效率,以广州市黄埔区科学城为例,首先,采用GIS空间分析的方法,基于手机信令数据识别居民职住空间分布;其次,结合高德全交通方式出行OD数据,分析不同交通方式出行人群的职住特征;最后,基于问卷调查数据和高德POI数据,以通勤时间为因变量,个人社会经济属性、居住地建成环境、通勤属性为自变量,运用二元logistic回归模型分析居民工作通勤影响机制。研究结果表明:住房面积、单程通勤成本、居住地周边1 km范围内商业设施数量对于居民通勤时间呈现正相关的影响;以公交车、企业班车作为主要交通方式的居民长时间通勤的概率相对较高。
In order to optimize the job-housing relationship and improve the commuting efficiency of residents in urban employment centers,this paper takes Science City in Huangpu District,Guangzhou as research area,firstly,based on GIS spatial analysis method,mobile phone signaling is used to identify the spatial distribution of residents'jobs and residences.Secondly,AutoNavi full-mode OD data is used to analyse the characteristics of work commuting in different modes of transportation.Then,based on the questionnaire survey data and AutoNavi poi data,the commuting time is taken as the dependent variable,and the personal socioeconomic attributes,the built-up environment of the place of residence,and the commuting attribute are taken as the independent variables,and the binary logistic regression model is used to analyze the impact mechanism of residents'work commuting.The results show that the housing area,one-way commuting cost and the number of commercial facilities within 1 km around the residential area have a positive correlation with residents'commuting time.Residents who take buses and corporate shuttles as their main means of transportation have a relatively high probability of commuting for a long time.
