政策工具视角下我国元宇宙产业政策量化研究

Quantitative Research on China’s Metaverse Industry Policy from the Perspective of Policy Tools

[目的/意义]对元宇宙产业政策展开研究有助于引导产业健康高质量发展、营造可持续的产业发展环境以及优化产业布局,从而提升我国元宇宙产业综合竞争力。[方法/过程]文章从政策工具视角出发,以元宇宙政策文本为研究对象,采用内容分析法,从基本政策工具和元宇宙产业政策内容要素两个维度对政策样本进行量化分析。[结果/结论]我国元宇宙产业政策工具内部结构比例、政策规范力度与监督效度、政策工具与内容要素方面存在一定的问题,据此结合研究结果提出相应的政策优化建议。

[Purpose/significance]The research on metaverse industry policy is helpful to guide the healthy and high-quality development of the industry,create a sustainable industrial development environment and optimize the industrial layout,so as to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of China’s metaverse industry.[Method/process]From the perspective of policy tools,this paper takes the metaverse policy texts as the research objects,and adopts content analysis method to conduct quantitative analysis of policy samples from two dimensions:basic policy tools and metaverse industry policy content elements.[Result/conclusion]There are some problems in the internal structure proportion,policy norm strength and supervision validity,policy tools and content elements of China’s metaverse industry policy tools.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward corresponding policy optimization suggestions.
