兰炭生产中内热式直立炉工艺的能耗和排放研究与优化

摘要 内热式直立炉工艺是现行兰炭生产普遍采用的工艺技术,但其存在能耗高、污染严重的问题,严重制约了行业的健康发展。通过分析得出其“能耗和污染”问题的主要根源在于熄焦环节采用的是湿法熄焦工艺,并针对其成因提出了改进措施——采用“全封闭、干熄焦、回收兰炭余热”等工艺。改进后,生产每吨成品兰炭(无水)能耗可由173.09 kgce(含下游兰炭干燥)降低至111.19 kgce;节省熄焦耗水0.54 t;减少污水0.29 t。 The internal heating vertical furnace process is the only reliable technology for the production of semi-coke,but its high energy consumption and serious pollution have seriously impeded the development of the semi-coke industry.In this paper,it is concluded that the cause of the problem of energy consumption and pollution is rooted at coke wet quenching,thus the measures for improvement are put forward,such as“full enclosure,coke dry quenching,and semi-coke waste heat recovery”,etc..After the improvement,the energy consumption per ton of semi-coke(anhydrous)can be reduced from 173.09 kgce to 111.19 kgce(including downstream semi-coke drying),saving 0.54 t water consumption for wet quenching and reducing sewage by 0.29 t.
