干熄焦低料位运行的降阻增效工艺改进

摘要 介绍了某焦化厂解决热回收焦炉140 t/h干熄焦生产能力不足问题。在干熄焦生产过程中存在风量小、阻力大、排焦温度高、容易浮焦等问题。主要是从工艺角度出发,通过浮焦产生原因分析,提出低料位运行模式,从根本上解决浮焦问题。并通过1年多的运行实践,不断摸索完善低料位工艺管理制度,尽量消除不良影响因素,保证干熄焦安全高效运行。 This paper expounds the solutions to the insufficient capacity of 140 t/h CDQ for heat recovery coke oven.In CDQ operation,problems exist such as low air volume,high resistance in chamber,high temperature of coke to be discharged,and floating coke,etc..From perspective of process and through analysis of the causes of floating coke,the low-level of coke operation mode is proposed to fundamentally solve the problem of floating coke.We have been optimizing the low-level of coke management system for more than one year to minimize unfavorable factors so as to ensure safe and efficient operation of the CDQ plant.
