Through analysis of the factors that affect the content of toluene insoluble matters in coal tar,such as the fineness of blended coal,charge volume,oven free space temperature,etc.,coal tar quality has been improved by taking the measures such as increasing coal charge volume,improving production stability,strengthening tar ammonia water separation,and standardizing coal tar sampling so as to meet customer requirements.
