7.63 m焦炉环保超低排放改造的实践

摘要 以7.63 m焦炉环保超低排放改造为实例,研究和探讨了焦炉污染物排放治理的技术和方案。通过优化加热制度、炉体维护攻关、消除炉墙窜漏等源头治理措施和脱硫脱硝改造、地面除尘站提标、车辆密封性改进等设备设施升级,实现了焦炉的超低排放改造,对焦化行业的环境治理具有指导和借鉴意义。 Taking the ultra-low emission upgrading of 7.63 m coke oven battery as an example,the technology and scheme of pollutant emission control of coke oven are investigated.By taking emission source control measures,such as optimizing the heating system,tackling key problems in oven proper maintenance,eliminating oven wall leakage,and by upgrading equipment and facilities of DeSO_(x)and DeNO_(x)system,ground dust removal station,and coke oven machinery sealing system,the ultra-low emission upgrading of coke oven has been achieved,which has guiding and reference significance for environmental control in coking industry.
