摘要
对焦化VOCs治理工艺进行了对比,通过工艺优化,在VOCs治理系统中,可以取消酸碱洗涤塔。通过对气体爆炸极限的分析,明确了精简VOCs治理系统的合理性。生产运行稳定可以证明,煤气净化区域的VOCs进入焦炉焚烧的工艺思路是正确的。
By comparison of coking VOCs treatment processes,it has been found that in the current VOCs treatment system,the acid-washing and soda-washing scrubbers can be canceled after the process optimization.Through analysis of the gas explosion limit,the rationality of streamlining the system has been clarified.From the perspective of stable production and operation,the process concept of VOCs entering coke oven incineration in the gas treatment pl ant is correct.
