热敏灸联合督灸治疗对不孕症心理状态的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with governor vessel moxibustion on psychological status in infertility

目的:观察热敏灸联合督灸治疗对不孕症患者心理状态的临床疗效。方法:采取随机对照原则,以50例不孕症伴焦虑抑郁状态患者为研究对象,分为两组。试验组25例,采用热敏灸联合督灸治疗;对照组25例,采用督灸治疗。通过分析治疗前后患者的月经情况、焦虑抑郁状态及临床妊娠率,探究热敏灸联合督灸治疗对不孕症患者心理状态的临床效果。结果:治疗前,试验组与对照组各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗1个月后试验组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个月后对照组与试验组SDS评分较治疗前均降低,且试验组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);治疗3个月后,对照组与试验组SDS评分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,试验组治疗1个月后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,对照组与试验组SAS评分与治疗前比较均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,对照组与试验组SAS评分较治疗前明显降低,且试验组SAS评分降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗3个月后两组患者月经量、周期与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,两组患者临床妊娠比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合热敏灸与督灸治疗对不孕症患者心理状态具有一定的临床疗效,且起效快,积累效应更强。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with governor vessel moxibustion on the psychological status of patients with infertility.Methods:50 cases of infertility patients with anxiety and depression were divided into two groups by randomized control principle.25 patients in the experimental group were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with governor vessel moxibustion and 25 cases in the control group were treated with governor vessel moxibustion.By analyzing the menstrual conditions,anxiety and depression state and clinical pregnancy rate of patients before and after treatment,this paper explores the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with governor vessel moxibustion on the psychological state of infertility patients.Results:Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in all indicators(P>0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores in the experimental group decreased significantly after one month of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After two months of treatment,both the control and experimental groups showed a decrease in SDS scores compared to those before treatment,with a more pronounced decrease in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).After three months of treatment,the SDS scores in both groups decreased significantly compared to those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with those before treatment,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores in the experimental group decreased significantly after one month of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After two months of treatment,both the control and experimental groups showed a decrease in SAS scores compared to those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After three months of treatment,both groups showed a significant decrease in SAS scores compared to those before treatment,with a more pronounced decrease in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).After three months of treatment,the menstrual volume and cycle in both groups showed statistically significant differences compared to those before treatment(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in clinical pregnancy rates between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of heat-sensitive moxibustion and governor vessel moxibustion has a certain clinical efficacy on the psychological status of infertility patients,with rapid onset and stronger cumulative effect.
