水库清淤工程规模分析方法初探

摘要 水库经过多年运行普遍存在库区淤积现象,不同程度地影响了水库功能的正常发挥,甚至威胁枢纽及下游防洪安全,因此,亟需通过水库清淤,盘活有效库容。合理确定水库清淤规模是关键的技术问题,以孤峰山水库清淤为例,建立多目标联合优化的水库清淤规模试算模型。基于水库新的任务及泥沙淤积分析,考虑兴利、防洪要求开展联合调节计算,通过不断试算、快速逼近,直至得出满足水库功能任务要求的清淤规模,以期对今后开展水库清淤工程,合理确定清淤规模提供参考。 After years of operation,many reservoirs experience sedimentation in the reservoir area,which affects their functionality to varying degrees,and may even threaten the safety of the dam and downstream flood control.It is therefore urgent to dredge reservoir to restore the effective storage capacity.Determining the appropriate scale of dredging is a critical technical issue.Taking Gufengshan Reservoir dredging as an example,a trial calculation model for multi-objective joint optimization of the dredging scale is established.Based on the new tasks for the reservoir and sediment deposition analysis,joint regulation calculations are conducted considering the requirements of water utilization and flood control.Through repeated trial calculations and rapid approximation,the appropriate dredging scale that meets the functional requirements of the reservoir is determined.This study aims to provide a reference for determining the dredging scale in future reservoir dredging projects.
