摘要
得益于提升建设效率方面的卓越性能,隧洞掘进机在基础设施领域得到了广泛应用。隧洞掘进机实践中遇到的重要问题是设备的通用性不强和重复利用率偏低,本文旨在探究通过隧洞标准化设计提高掘进机的重复利用率,减少设备闲置,促进产业升级。研究内容涵盖了典型水利工程的调研、掘进机开挖隧洞“标准化设计”的必要性分析,并提出了设计模数的建议,探讨了隧洞标准化设计对工程项目、装备制造企业的潜在价值。
Tunnel boring machines(TBMs)have been widely used in infrastructure projects due to their excellent performance in improving construction efficiency.A significant issue encountered in the practical use of TBMs is their limited versatility and low reuse rate.This paper aims to explore how standardized tunnel design can enhance the reuse rate of TBMs,reduce equipment idleness,and promote industrial upgrading.The study covers the investigation of typical water conservancy projects,the necessity analysis of"standardized design"for TBM-excavated tunnels,and provide recommendations for design modulus.It also discusses the potential value of standardized tunnel design for projects and equipment manufacturing enterprises.
