基于改进FCM算法的舰船备件分类方法研究

摘要 备件合理分类是舰船库存精准管理的基础,由于舰船备件种类繁多,运行环境复杂,传统分类方法无法满足其准确分类的需求,为此提出了一个多准则的三阶段分类新方法。该方法在建立舰船备件分类指标体系基础上,第1阶段采用层次分析法(AHP)计算各指标的主观权重;第2阶段引入指标权重和距离权重,并结合密度峰值聚类算法(DPC),构建了加权距离优化的改进FCM算法(WDP-FCM),实现备件粗聚类;第3阶段针对实际管理需求设计了全新的分类调整规则,根据综合得分调整部分部件所属类别,得到最终分类结果。通过采用公开数据集对WDP-FCM算法进行验证,结果表明该算法聚类效果相较于传统算法更为准确;此外,以某舰船出航携行备件数据为例进行验证,结果表明基于改进FCM算法的三阶段分类方法分类结果科学合理,可为舰船备件分类决策及管理提供科学有效的理论依据。 The reasonable classification of spare parts is the basis for precise inventory management of warships.Due to the diverse types of warship spare parts and complex operating environments,the traditional classification methods cannot meet the accurate classification requirements.Therefore,a novel multi-criterion three-stage classification method is proposed.Based on establishing a system of indicators for classifying warship spare parts,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)in the first stage of this method is used to calculate the subjective weights of each indicator.In the second stage,the indicator weights and distance weights are introduced in the second stage,and the Density Peaks Clustering algorithm(DPC)is combined to construct the Weighted Distance-optimized Improved FCM algorithm(WDPFCM)to achieve coarse clustering of spare parts.In the third stage,a set of new classification adjustment rules is designed to meet actual management requirements,and to adjust the categories of partial components based on comprehensive scores to obtain the final classification results.Finally,the WDP-FCM algorithm is validated with a public dataset,and the results indicate that the clustering effect of this algorithm is more accurate compared to traditional methods.Additionally,the verification with sailing spare parts data from a certain warship demonstrates that the classification results of the three-stage classifica‐tion method based on the improved FCM algorithm are scientifically reasonable,providing a scientific and effective theoretical basis for warship spare parts classification decision-making and management.
