摘要
部分包覆钢-混凝土组合(Partially encased composite,PEC)墙在装配式建筑领域具有广阔的应用前景,但其节点承载力尚待进一步深入研究。对带水平加劲肋PEC墙-钢梁刚接节点受力性能进行研究,基于既有试验验证有限元模拟的准确性,考察水平加劲肋厚度、柱间腹板厚度、暗柱截面高度和暗柱横隔板间距等参数对节点承载力的影响,根据节点受力机理和有限元分析结果,提出带水平加劲肋PEC墙-钢梁刚接节点极限承载力计算式。研究表明,计算值与有限元结果吻合良好,适用于带水平加劲肋PEC墙-钢梁刚接节点的极限承载力计算,可供相关工程设计应用参考。
Partially encased composite(PEC)walls have broad application prospects in the field of prefabricated buildings,but the research on the bearing capacity of their joints remains to be improved.In this paper,the mechanical properties of PEC wall-steel beam rigid joints with horizontal stiffeners were studied.Based on the existing tests,the accuracy of finite element simulation was verified,and the influence of parameters such as the thickness of horizontal stiffeners,the thickness of web between columns,the section height of concealed columns and the spacing of diaphragm between concealed columns on the joint bearing capacity were investigated.Based on the joint mechanical behavior and finite element analysis results,a formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of PEC wall-steel beam rigid joint with horizontal stiffeners was proposed.The results show that the calculated values of the formula in this paper are in good agreement with the finite element results,and can be used to determine the ultimate bearing capacity of PEC wall-steel beam rigid joint with horizontal stiffeners,providing reference for relevant engineering design applications.
