摘要
目的应用动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)技术评估糖尿病视网膜病变患者黄斑病变。方法纳入糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者20例,正常对照组(NC)20例。在MRI上采用快速增强梯度回波序列进行动态增强,对黄斑区、视乳头和鼻侧视网膜进行定量DCE-MRI检查。结果DR组和对照组最大浓度,浓度时间曲线下面积(AUC)和糖尿病视网膜病变患者黄斑区最大斜率有差异(P=0.080,0.000,0.023)。受试者工作特征曲线分析显示,AUC浓度-时间下面积为0.729±0.058,临界值为1.479 mmoLmin,敏感性为80.00%,特异性为62.50%。结论定量DCE-MRI技术可用于评价糖尿病视网膜病变的黄斑病变。
Objective To evaluate macular degeneration in diabetic retinopathy patients with dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI).Methods 20 patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR)and 20 normal control group(NC)were included.Quantitative DCE-MRI was performed on macular area,optic papilla and nasal retina by dynamic enhancement of rapid enhanced gradient echo sequences on MRI.Results The maximum concentration,area under concentration time curve(AUC)in DR Group and control group,and the maximum slope of macular region in diabetic retinopathy patients were(P=0.080,0.000,0.023).Subject operating characteristic curve analysis showed that the AUC concentration-time area was 0.729±0.058,the critical value was 1.479 mmoLmin,the sensitivity was 80.00%,and the specificity was 62.50%.Conclusion Quantitative DCE-MRI can be used to evaluate macular degeneration in diabetic retinopathy.
