替米考星联合复方中药对PRRS阳性猪场母猪和仔猪的影响

摘要 为了考察替米考星联合复方中药对母猪蓝耳病的治疗效果,本试验选择福建省莆田市某猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)阳性猪场,将3栋PRRS阳性猪舍分为3组(对照组、试验Ι组、试验Ⅱ组),每组80头,共240头。试验Ι组、试验Ⅱ组母猪分别给予低剂量复方中药提取物+替米考星、高剂量复方中药提取物+替米考星,从产前21 d连续拌料饲喂至分娩。统计试验组母猪的生产性能,包括发病率、死亡率、产仔率等。于给药前和给药结束后,分2次对母猪采血,分娩后采集仔猪脐带血,测定母猪血清中猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)抗原、抗体、细胞因子(IL-6、IL-1β、IL-10、TNF-α)以及氧化应激因子(MDA、SOD、GSH-Px)水平,并通过qPCR方法检测仔猪脐带血中PRRSV载毒量。结果显示,试验Ⅱ组母猪发病率和死亡率低于对照组,分娩率、产仔数和健仔数高于对照组,但均差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组母猪抗原阳性率和抗体(PRRSV N蛋白抗体)离散度低于对照组(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组母猪血清中IL-6(P<0.01)、IL-1β(P<0.05)、TNF-α(P<0.05)水平均显著或极显著低于对照组,IL-10(P<0.05)、SOD(P<0.01)和GSH-Px(P<0.01)水平均显著或极显著高于对照组;仔猪脐带血中均未检测出PRRSV。综上所述,替米考星联合复方中药可更好改善母猪的生产性能,降低PRRSV载量和促炎细胞因子含量,从而防止由PRRSV引起的继发感染和细胞因子风暴。 To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of tilmicosin combined with a compound traditional Chinese medicine against porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)in sows,a trial was conducted at a pig farm in Putian,Fujian Province,where the pigs were infected with the PRRS virus(PRRSV).The infected sows were divided into three groups:a control group,experimental groupⅠ,and experimental groupⅡ,with 80 sows per group,totaling 240 sows.The medication was mixed with the feed and administered from 21 days prepartum until farrowing.Production performance indicators of sows,such as incidence rate,mortality and fertility,were measured.Sow blood and umbilical cord blood of newborn piglets were collected twice,at the beginning and the end of the experiment,and the serum levels of antigens,antibodies,cytokines(IL-6,IL-1β,IL-10,TNF-α),and oxidative stress factors(MDA,SOD,GSH-Px)were measured in sows.In addition,PRRSV antigen levels were assessed in the umbilical cord blood of the piglets.The results showed that morbidity and mortality rates in experimental groupⅡwere lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).In contrast,farrowing rate,litter size,and the number of healthy piglets were higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).Antigen positivity and antibody dispersion in experimental groupⅡwere also lower than in the control group(P>0.05).In addition,the concentrations of IL-6(P<0.01),IL-1β(P<0.05),and TNF-α(P<0.05)in sow serum from experimental groupⅡwere significantly lower than those in the control group.In contrast,the levels of IL-10(P<0.05),SOD(P<0.01),and GSH-Px(P<0.01)were significantly higher than those in the control group.No PRRSV was detected in the umbilical cord blood of the piglets.In conclusion,tilmicosin combined with compound traditional Chinese medicine can improve sow productivity,reduce PRRSV viral load and pro-inflammatory cytokine levels,thereby preventing secondary infections and mitigating cytokine storms caused by PRRSV.
