新农科背景下动物药学专业药物分析设计性实验创新与改革

摘要 药物分析实验是动物药学专业的一门专业核心课程,主要是利用各种检测技术准确客观反映药品真实质量。作为药品质量的“守门员”,需具备强烈的质量意识、严谨求实与精益求精的专业素养。西南大学药物分析实验课程学时少,教学模式单一,实验内容简单且多为验证性实验,学生对实验课的热情度不高,缺乏互动性、创新性。在新农科建设背景下,课题组对实验教学大纲重新进行了全面修订,并邀请企业一线技术专家参与讨论,深入开展线上线下混合式教学,实施研讨式、探究式、参与式等多种教学方法,促进学生自主学习;增加了设计性和综合性实验,建立多元化的考核评价体系,注重过程性考核与结果性考核有机结合,着力培养学生的创新意识和创新能力。在2020级与2021级动物药学专业初步尝试了药物分析实验的创新设计性实验,发现本项教学改革使验证性实验转变为真正的探索性实验,激发了学生学习的主动性和积极性;有利于充分发挥学生的主观能动性,提高创新思维能力,培养了学生独立思考和解决问题的能力,也提升了学生的科研能力、创新能力。本项教学改革可提高教学质量,培养能促进动保行业健康发展的动物药学人才,同时可为建设药物分析实验一流课程与其他专业课课程体系提供参考。 Pharmaceutical Analysis Experiment is a core course in the animal pharmacy.As the gatekeeper of drug quality,it uses various technologies to accurately and objectively reflect the true quality of drugs.It requires a strong sense of quality,rigorous and realistic professionalism,and a commitment to excellence.Pharmaceutical Analysis Experiment has a limited number of class hours at Southwest University,a single teaching model,and simple experimental content that is mostly confirmatory.Students are not enthusiastic about the experimental course,lacking interaction and innovation.Under the background of the Ministry of Education’s advocacy for the construction of new agricultural disciplines,the experimental teaching syllabus has been comprehensively revised,and front-line technical experts from enterprises have been invited to participate in discussions.Online and offline blended teaching have been carried out in depth,and various teaching methods such as discussion,inquiry,and participation have been implemented to promote students’autonomous learning.We have added design and comprehensive experiments,established a diversified assessment and evaluation system,focused on the organic combination of process assessment,and result assessment to cultivate students’innovative consciousness and ability.The innovative design experiment of Pharmaceutical Analysis Experiment was initially attempted in the class of 2020 and 2021 animal pharmacy,and it was found that this teaching reform transformed the confirmatory experiment into a true exploratory experiment,stimulating students’initiative and enthusiasm for learning.It is beneficial to fully exert the subjective initiative of students,improve their innovative thinking ability,cultivate their independent thinking and problem-solving ability,and also enhance their scientific research ability and innovation ability.This teaching reform could improve the quality of teaching,cultivate competitive animal pharmacy talents who can promote the healthy development of the animal protection industry,and provide reference for the construction of firstclass courses in Pharmaceutical Analysis Experiment and other professional courses.
