摘要
220 kV移动式负荷转供装置是将组合电器固定安装在承载车辆上,其必将长时间受到汽车运输过程中的振动冲击问题的影响。文中利用Ansys Workbench有限元分析平台对移动式负荷转供装备进行了模态分析,并在此基础上进行了随机振动分析以及冲击响应分析。仿真结果表明:整体结构最大变形发生在左右两侧陶瓷管处,整体应力较小,存在运输安装方案改良空间。在此基础上,对装置运输安装方式进行改进。最终对改进后方案进行分析,对比改进前后方案,结果表明:改进后随机振动分析的最大变形由3.55 mm下降到0.19 mm,冲击响应分析的最大变形由1.43 mm下降到0.52 mm,整体应力结果不大,最终验证了该移动式负荷转供装备结构的可行性。
The 220 kV mobile load transfer device is used to fix and the install the combined electrical equipment on the load-carrying vehicle,which will inevitably be subjected to the vibration and shock during the automobile transportation for a long time.In this paper,the Ansys Workbench finite element analysis platform is used to perform modal analysis of the mobile load transfer device and,on this basis,the random vibration analysis and shock response analysis are performed.The simulation result shows that the maximum deformation of the overall structure occurs at the ceramic pipes on the left and right sides,the overall stress is small and there is space for improvement in the transportation and installation scheme.On this basis,the transportation and installation modes of the device are improved.Finally,the improved scheme is analyzed and compared before and after the improvement.The result shows that the maximum deformation of the random vibration analysis after the improvement is reduced from 3.55 mm to 0.19 mm,and that of the impact response analysis is reduced from 1.43 mm to 0.52 mm and the overall stress result is small.Finally,the feasibility of the mobile load transfer device structure is verified.
