不同合规点设置下地下水污染风险管控的环境影响研究

The environmental impacts of groundwater pollution risk management and control under different compliance point settings

摘要 地下水污染风险管控是常用的地下水污染防治措施之一,而合规点的位置决定了风险管控目标.本文以华北某有机污染场地为例,通过模拟预测手段明确了以抽出处理为主的地下水污染风险管控的具体工作量,使用全生命周期评估(LCA)方法,量化了不同合规点设置下的环境影响.结果表明:①在不同合规点设置下,地下水污染风险管控的环境影响存在差异;②允许污染扩散一定安全距离的情况下,地下水抽出处理运行带来的环境影响最低,在运行前期,管控措施为控制污染羽迁移距离和速度,抽水量维持在较高水平,各方案的环境影响较大;③随着运行时间的延长,管控措施主要以降低浓度或维持污染羽稳定为主,各方案的环境影响均维持在较低水平. Groundwater pollution risk management and control is a common measure for the prevention of groundwater contamination,and the placement of compliance points determines the risk management goals.Taking an organic contaminated site as an example,we clarified the workload of pump and treatment during groundwater pollution risk control through simulation predictions.By using the Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)method,the environmental impacts under different compliance point settings were quantified.The present research results showed:①The environmental impacts of groundwater pollution risk control were different under compliance point settings.②Allowed a safety distance of the spread of groundwater contamination bring the lowest environmental impacts during pump and treat.In the early stages of operation,highly environmental impacts appeared because of the distance and speed of plume migration control and large pumping volume.③As the operation proceeded,control measures mainly involved reducing pollution concentration or keeping the contamination plume stable,which maintained lower levels of environmental impacts on all plans.
