关于跨境电商综合试验区促进劳动力就业的研究

On Promotion of Labor Employment in the Comprehensive Pilot Zone for Cross-border E-commerce

学界虽已对跨境电商的影响展开了多方面的研究,但较少涉及针对劳动力就业影响的相关研究,尤其是跨境电商综合试验区对劳动力就业空间溢出影响的深入讨论。本文引入空间双重差分模型进行劳动力就业受跨境电商综合试验区影响程度的研究,发现跨境电商综合实验区对于本城市劳动力就业具有显著促进作用,进一步促进了周边城市的劳动力就业水平,跨境电商综合试验区空间溢出效应明显,总体上跨境电商综合试验区建设有助于地区就业水平的提升。

Although scholars have conducted various studies on the impact of cross-border e-commerce,there is relatively little research on the impact on labor employment,especially in-depth discussions on the spillover effects of crossborder e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones on labor employment space.The article introduces Spatial Difference in Dfference Model to study the impact of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive experimental zones on labor employment,and finds that it has a significant promoting effect on labor employment in the local city and further promoting the employment of labor in surrounding cities,the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone has a significant spatial spillover effect.Overall,the construction of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones contributes to the improvement of regional employment levels.
