POGIL教学在留学生心内科护理实习中的设计与应用

摘要 目的探讨以过程为导向的引导探究式学习(POGIL)教学在心内科留学生护理实习教学改革中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月至2023年7月在杭州市第一人民医院心内科病房实习的浙江中医药大学国际教育学院的10名护理学留学生作为研究对象,实施基于POGIL理论设计教学计划,比较POGIL教学实施前后学生的评判性思维得分,调查学生对POGIL教学的课程认可度。结果POGIL教学实施后,留学生的评判性思维总得分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.11,P<0.05),学生课程认可度问卷调查结果显示,10名(100%)学生均对本次课程的设计及实施表示满意,8名(80.00%)学生认为POGIL教学方法可提高自己课堂的参与度,9名(90.00%)学生表示POGIL教学方法能帮助学习专业知识,培养临床思维。结论在心内科留学生护理实习生中应用POGIL教学,有利于提高留学生学习的主动性,提升学习效率,培养评判性思维。 Objective To explore the effect of POGIL teaching in the teaching reform of nursing internships for inter⁃national students in cardiology.Methods Ten international nursing students from the School of International Education of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University who practiced in the ward of the cardiology department of Hangzhou First Peo⁃ple's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.The teaching plan was designed and im⁃plemented based on POGIL theory,and the scores of critical thinking before and after the implementation of POGIL teach⁃ing were compared,the degree of curriculum recognition and feedback to POGIL of students was investigated.Results After the implementation of POGIL teaching,the total critical thinking scores of international students were higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-5.11,P<0.05).The results of the stu⁃dents'course recognition and feedback sniffs and surveys showed that all 10(100%)of the students were satisfied with the design and implementation of the course,8(80.00%)thought that the POGIL teaching method could improve their classroom participation and 9(90.00%)expressed that POGIL teaching method could help to learn the professional knowl⁃edge and develop clinical thinking.Conclusion The application of POGIL teaching to international nursing trainees in the department of Cardiology is conducive to increasing the initiative of international students in learning,improving the ef⁃ficiency of learning,and fostering critical thinking.
