摘要
实践性是新文科背景下文科专业建设的重要属性。知识产权专业实践性非常强,正与新文科建设理念契合。实践教学承载知识传授和能力养成双重使命,是培养高质量知识产权人才的关键环节。传统知识产权人才培养实践教学存在知识产权教学理念偏差、师资力量薄弱、教学方式僵化、缺乏“跨界”融合等问题,需要准确定位实践教学理念、打造实践型师资队伍、搭建多元化实践教学平台、优化知识产权实践教学模式,以培养复合型知识产权人才,助力知识产权强国建设。
Practicality is an important attribute in the construction of liberal arts specialty under the background of new liberal arts.The practicality of intellectual property specialty is in line with the concept of new liberal arts construction.Practice teaching carries the dual mission of knowledge imparting and ability cultivation,and it is the key link to cultivate high-quality intellectual property talents.However,the practice teaching of traditional intellectual property talents training uncovers problems in such as the deviation of teaching concepts,the weakness of teaching staff,the rigidity of teaching methods,and the lack of“cross-border”integration.This research suggests that we should accurately position the concepts of practice teaching,build the practice teaching team,build the diversified practice teaching platforms,and optimize the practice teaching mode,so as to cultivate compound talents of intellectual property and develop strong intellectual property in China.
