空调用低碳钢、铜材在养猪场环境下的腐蚀研究

摘要 本研究针对某猪场环境开展3~6个月金属暴露试验,通过环境温湿度及污染物监测,以及对金属片的腐蚀层厚度、形貌、产物分析,研究低碳钢、铜材空调常用金属材料在猪舍环境下腐蚀特性。结果表明本研究的猪舍环境腐蚀性等级均在C4以上,其中紫铜和黄铜材料位于猪舍内部的试片腐蚀等级达到最高的CX。低碳钢、黄铜和紫铜材料腐蚀产物以氧化物和硫化物为主,此外紫铜样品腐蚀产物出现硫酸铜水合物,推测与猪舍内夏季用过氧乙酸消杀有密切相关。黄铜折角样品出现腐蚀裂纹,说明在猪舍环境下黄铜样品存在应力腐蚀风险。 This study conducted a 3-6 months metal exposure test in the environment of a pig farm,by monitoring environmental temperature,humidity and pollutants as well as analyzing the thickness,morphology and products of the corrosion layer of metal plates,the corrosion characteristics of commonly used metal materials as low-carbon steel and copper of air conditioning in the pig farm environment are studied.The results showed that the corrosivity category of the pigsty environment in this study was greater than C4,and the purple copper and brass materials located inside the pigsty reached the corrosivity category CX.The corrosion products of low-carbon steel,brass and purple coper are mainly oxides and sulfides,and the corrosion products of purple copper samples appear copper sulfate hydrate,which is closely related to use peracetic acid in the pig house to disinfection and sterilization.The corrosion cracks appeared on brass bending angle samples indicates the risk of stress corrosion of brass samples in pigsty environments.
