摘要
电子信息设备作为数字化和智能化的硬件载体,被广泛应用在各类场景。复杂的使用场景,多变的气候环境对其使用寿命和可靠性产生重大影响。尽管国际通用的IEC 60068-2系列标准中给出了各类环境试验方法,但是采取传统的环境试验对电子信息设备进行试验,不能充分反应试样的变化。不同的试验方法和试验顺序,也会对试验的结果产生很大影响。本文确定一套标准流程来选择环境试验方法及确定试验顺序,能够更真实的模拟电子信息设备在全生命周期中的环境条件,从而能够更好地评价电子信息设备在预测寿命期内的环境适应性。
Electronic information devices,as digital and intelligent hardware carriers,are widely used in various scenarios.The complex usage scenarios and ever-changing climate environment have a significant impact on its service life and reliability.Although various environmental testing methods are provided in the internationally recognized IEC 60068-2 series of standards,traditional environmental testing for electronic information equipment cannot fully reflect the changes in the sample.Different experimental methods and sequences can also have a significant impact on the results of the experiment.This article establishes a standard process for selecting environmental testing methods and determining the testing sequence,which can more realistically simulate the environmental conditions of electronic information equipment throughout its entire lifecycle,thereby better evaluating the environmental adaptability of electronic information equipment during its predicted lifespan.
