摘要
光电分选在中低品位磷矿抛废提质中应用前景广阔。采用实验室小型光电分选设备将磷矿原矿分选成多个阶梯品位的“分阶分选”方法,得到原料矿石的“分阶分选”结果,绘制“光电分选可选性曲线”,将这一特性曲线资料用于反映该原料的分选特性。该曲线可用于确定不同产品要求下的理论分选指标,并提出用评价指标η量化评价矿石使用光电分选方法进行分选的难易程度。
The application of photoelectric sorting to the enhancement of the quality of medium and low-grade phosphate ore dumping is a promising area of research.The laboratory-based small photoelectric sorting equipment on the raw ore of phosphorus ore has been used to undergo a series of steps,classified as"step sorting",in order to achieve the desired results.These results are then represented in the form of a"photoelectric sorting selectivity curve",which reflects the sorting characteristics of the raw material.This curve can be employed to determine theoretical sorting indexes under different product requirements and the evaluation index η is proposed to quantify the difficulty of sorting the ore by photoelectric sorting method.
