摘要
以内蒙古某地膨润土为对象,研究制备钻孔灌注桩用膨润土泥浆技术。膨润土原矿为天然钙基膨润土,脉石矿物主要是石英。原矿膨胀指数数和造浆性能均较差,直接利用达不到钻孔灌注桩泥浆技术要求。膨润土经过半干法挤压钠化和有机高分子助剂复合后,造浆能力由原来的2.3 m^(3)/t提高至17.5 m^(3)/t。复合膨润土施工应用结果表明,按土水质量比6%配制的基础泥浆能满足施工技术指标要求。
The preparation technology of bentonite slurry for bored piles using bentonite was researched from a certain location in Inner Mongolia.Bentonite ore is natural calcium based bentonite,and vein minerals are mainly quartz.The expansion ratio and slurry making performance of the raw ore are poor,and direct utilization can not meet the technical requirements of bored pile slurry.After semi-dry extrusion sodium-modification and composite of organic polymer additives,the slurry making capacity of bentonite increases from the original 2.3 m^(3)/t to 17.5 m^(3)/t.The application results of composite bentonite construction show that the foundation mud prepared with a soil water ratio of 6%can meet the technical requirements of construction.
