外加剂及EPS对保温隔声砂浆性能的影响

摘要 为解决人们对住宅楼地面保温隔声性能的要求,减少建筑使用的能耗与污染,探究了外加剂对石膏基楼板保温隔声砂浆施工性和保水性的影响,以及聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒(EPS)对砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,纤维素醚(HPMC)和胶粉最佳掺量分别为3.6‰和7.2‰。石膏基楼板保温隔声砂浆的标稠用水量随着EPS掺量的增加而增大;EPS对降低砂浆的干密度作用明显,掺量为4.2%时,硬化体干密度降至290 kg/m^(3);28 d抗压强度随EPS掺量增加而降低。EPS掺入对提高砂浆的保温性能和隔声性能效果显著,在掺量为4.2%时的导热系数和撞击声压级最低,分别为0.076 W(/m·K)和63.1 dB。 In order to meet people's requirements on the heat preservation sound insulation performance of the floor of residential buildings and reduce the energy consumption and pollution in building use,the influence of admixtures on the constructability and water retention of the gypsum floor heat preservation sound insulation mortar,and the influence of polystyrene foam particles(EPS)on the performance of the mortar were investigated.The results show that the optimal dosage of cellulose ether(HPMC)and rubber powder is 3.6‰ and 7.2‰,respectively.The standard thickening water consumption of gypsum floor insulation mortar increases with the increase of EPS content.EPS has a significant effect on reducing the dry density of mortar.When the dosage is 4.2%,the dry density of hardened body decreases to 290 kg/m^(3).The 28 d compressive strength decreases with the increase of EPS content.The addition of EPS can significantly improve the heat preservation and sound insulation performance of mortar,and the lowest thermal conductivity and impact sound pressure level are 0.076 W/(m·K)and 63.1 dB,respectively,when the content is 4.2%.
