教育数字化是高校改革的重要趋势,学生教育管理是高校改革发展的重要内容。数字技术的应用,不仅能发挥学生主体地位,促进学生全面发展;而且还能提升高校管理效率,促进教育管理现代化。同时也要认识到,数字技术在学生管理工作的应用过程中也存在传统管理思维模式尚未转变、协同管理能力有待提升、学生技术接受能力差异以及数字信息技术应用不足等现实问题。通过树立数字化管理工作理念、加强数字化人才队伍建设以及推进数字化技术深入融合等措施解决已有的现实问题,推动学生教育管理工作的现代化和高等教育的数字化。

The digitalisation of education is an important trend in the reform of colleges and universities,and the management of student education is an important part of the reform and development of colleges and universities.The application of digital technology can not only give play to the main position of students and promote the overall development of students;it can also enhance the efficiency of university management and promote the modernisation of education management.At the same time,it should also be recognised that the application of digital technology in the process of student management also exists in the traditional management thinking mode has not yet been changed,collaborative management ability to be improved,students'technical acceptance of the differences in the ability of the application of digital information technology is insufficient and other real problems.By establishing the concept of digital man‐agement,strengthening the construction of digital talents and promoting the in-depth integration of digital technology and other mea‐sures to solve the existing realities,to promote the modernisation of student education and management and the digitalisation of higher education.
