情境模拟教学法在提升高职学前教育专业学生实践技能中的应用

摘要 情境模拟教学法在高职学前教育专业中被证明是一种有效的教学手段,它通过模拟真实的工作场景,使学生能够在安全可控的环境中进行实践操作,不仅增强了学生的实际操作能力,还帮助他们积累了宝贵的经验。情境模拟教学法在提升学生实践技能方面的作用包括强化实践操作能力、增强问题解决技巧、提高沟通与协作能力以及促进反思性学习。通过设计贴近真实的模拟情境、整合理论与实践教学、采用多样化的模拟手段、深化师生互动与合作以及注重反馈与评估机制等策略,情境模拟教学法能够有效地提高高职学前教育专业学生的实践技能。 Scenario simulation teaching has proven to be an effective approach in higher vocational preschool education programs.By simulating real-world work scenarios,it enables students to engage in practical operations within a safe and controlled environment,thereby enhancing their practical skills and providing them with valuable experience.The method's impact on improving students'practical skills includes strengthening practical operational abilities,enhancing problem-solving skills,improving communication and collaboration,and fostering reflective learning.Through strategies such as designing realistic simulation contexts,utilizing diverse simulation techniques,emphasizing feedback and assessment mechanisms,enhancing teacher-student interaction and cooperation,and integrating theoretical and practical teaching,scenario simulation teaching can effectively elevate the practical skills of students in higher vocational preschool education programs.
