蒸发器分流对一体式平衡机热泵热水器性能提升的实验研究

摘要 本文围绕一体式平衡机热泵热水器性能提升的问题进行研究;文章主要介绍了一体式平衡机热泵热水器系统原理及通过改进蒸发器分流的结构方案与原方案对比,对其性能影响进行了实验研究分析比较。研究发现,通过增加蒸发器的流路数,改进蒸发器分液结构及蒸发器中换热管路长度及流程,能有效改善制冷剂气液两相态从分配器分液毛细管出口进入蒸发器后,在其管路中的分配不均匀效果;充分利用蒸发器换热面积,提高换热效率,可以有效降低蒸发侧的压降,进而提高整机的制热量及能效。实验结果表明,改进后的蒸发器分流方案,不仅能保持相对稳定的蒸发温度,而且能够显著缩短其加热水的时长12.7 %,整机热泵的能效比可提升5 %。 This paper This paper focuses on the performance improvement of integrated balancing machine heat pump water heater.This paper mainly introduces the principle of the integrated balancing machine heat pump water heater system and compares the structure scheme of the improved evaporator shunt with the original scheme.It is found that by increasing the number offlow paths of the evaporator,improving the structure of the evaporator and the length and flow of the heat exchange tube in the evaporator,the uneven distribution effect of the gas-liquid phase state in the pipeline of the refrigerant can be effectively improved after entering the evaporator from the liquid separation capillary outlet of the distributor.Making full use of the heat transfer area of the evaporator and improving the heat transfer efficiency can ef-fectively reduce the pressure drop on the evaporation side,and then improve the heat production and energy efficiency of the whole machine.The experimental results show that the improved evaporator shitter scheme can not only maintain a relatively stable evaporation temperature,but also significantly shorten the heating water time by 12.7%,and the energy efficiency ratio of the whole heat pump can be increased by5%.
