摘要
本文针对食材清洗场景,对家用净食机电解模块的设计参数和清洗效果进行研究。优选出合理的设计参数为:一片阳极(钛涂钌铱)、两片阴极(纯钛)、网孔尺寸3*4 mm^(2)、电解面积72 cm^(2)、电极间距1 mm、电流密度0.028 A/cm^(2)、电解时长30 min。将优化后的净食机模块应用于杀菌降农残测试,结果表明:相比于自来水清洗,电解水清洗对于虾表面的杀菌率提高了27.5 %,对于苹果表面的农药(毒死蜱)去除率提高了35.8 %。
This paper investigates the design parameters and cleaning effectiveness of the electrolytic module in a household food purifier for food cleaning scenarios.The optimized design parameters were determined as follows:one anode(titanium coated with ruthenium and iridium),two cathode(pure titanium),mesh size of 3*4 mm^(2),electrolytic area of 72 cm,electrode spacing of 1 mm,current density of 0.028 A/cm^(2),and electrolytic duration of 30 minutes.The optimized food purifier module was tested for sterilization and pesticide residue reduction.Results demonstrated that electrolytic water cleaning significantly enhanced the bactericidal rate of shrimp surfaces by 27.5%and increased the removal rate of chlorpyrifos from apple surfaces by 35.8%,compared to tap water cleaning.
