一种基于IP速度调节器的母线无电解电容冰箱压缩机起动控制方法

摘要 在母线无电解电容冰箱压缩机驱动控制系统领域,使用小容值薄膜电容会造成直流母线电压以二倍电网频率大幅度波动的问题。直流母线电压不稳会对驱动器输出电压能力造成较大影响,并进一步导致冰箱压缩机起动成功率下降甚至起动失败的问题。为解决上述问题,本文研究了适用于母线无电解电容冰箱压缩机驱动控制系统的起动控制策略,提出了一种新的IF控制结合全阶状态观测器的起动控制方法。针对常规PI调节器的速度环控制系统存在速度超调和相电流脉动振荡问题,设计基于IP调节器的速度环控制系统,并在IP调节器控制系统中添加抗积分饱和控制策略,以有效解决IP调节器输出饱和超调的问题。实验结果证明了该控制方法的可行性和程序的有效性,基于IP速度调节器的母线无电解电容冰箱压缩机起动控制方法能有效减小速度超调量和相电流脉动振荡程度,能实现冰箱压缩机的平稳快速起动且起动噪音振动小,具有一定的工程应用价值。 In the field of refrigerator compressor drive control system without DC-link electrolytic capacitor,the use of small-capacity film-capacitor can cause significant fluctuations in the DC bus voltage at twice the grid frequency.The instability of DC bus voltage can significantly affect the output voltage capability of the motor driver,and further leadtotheproblem that the successrate of refrigerator compressorstart-up decreasesoreven startupfailsIn orderto solve the above problems,this paper investigates a start-up control strategy suitable for the drive control system of the refrigerator compressor drive control system without DC-link electrolytic capacitor and proposes a new start-up control method combining IF control with a full-order state observer.Aiming at the problem of speed overshoot and phase cur-rent pulsation oscillation in the speed loop control system of conventional PIregulator,a speed loop control system based on IP regulator is designed,and an anti-integral saturation control strategy is added to the IP regulator control system to effectively solve the problem of output saturation overshoot of the IP regulator.The experimental results prove the fea-sibility of the control method and the effectiveness of the code.The start-up control method of refrigerator compressor drive control system without DC-link electrolytic capacitor based on IP speed regulator can effectively reduce the speed overshoot and the degree of phase current pulsation oscillation,and can achieve smooth and fast start-up capability of the refrigerator compressor with low start-up noise and vibration,and has certain engineering application value.
